YoungMoms inspires and equips young moms to build thriving futures for themselves and their families. We provide comprehensive and individualized services to pregnant and parenting young women ages 21 and younger who live in Southern Chester County, PA.

Over the past 10 years, YoungMoms has empowered more than 200 pregnant and parenting young mothers to stay in school, pursue college education or vocational training, parent more effectively, and make healthy personal decisions. Investing in young moms has a ripple effect on their children, families, and the entire community.
